Bollywood actor Shakti Kapoor, who has acted in more than 100 films, owns a luxurious complex in Palm Beach, Mumbai. He has been staying there along with wife Shivangi and his two children, Shraddha Kapoor and Siddhanth Kapoor. In the year 1975, when Shakti came to Bombay he didn’t have a place to stay in. But then he took a loan of Rs 7 million on the advice of yesteryear actor Jeetendra and bought a 3BHK in the building. Nine years later in 1984, when his son Siddhanth was born, he purchased one more apartment on the same floor, and today he owns the entire floor.
