Superstar Salman Khan has essayed the role of a warrior with conviction in 'Veer' (2010). Those expressive eyes, that charming personality are traits that we associate with Lord Rama and he fits the bill perfectly. He will make for a very pleasing and admirable Lord Rama.

Shahid Kapoor

Shahid Kapoor has an innocent boyish charm to his personality, and he embodies the traits of peace and a dutiful man in real life. It's quite easy to connect him with the character of Lord Rama.

Ranbir Kapoor

Ranbir Kapoor has a loving persona and his romantic characters and those eyes filled with emotions are his strong points. We have never seen him in a mythological character, but his facial features and his strong acting skills will surely make him a perfect match in the role of Lord Rama.

Ranveer Singh

Ranveer Singh's energy is unmatchable and his acting talent is in abundance. The actor has pulled off a Bajirao (Bajirao Mastani) with as much ease as he has pulled off a Dharam (Befikre). His superlative performances in any genre is what works for the man and we are so sure that he will make for a suitable Lord Rama.

Rajkummar Rao

Rajkummar Rao is a man of few words, but his spectacular hold on his nuanced and natural performances in each of his movies, is what makes him amongst the list of actors we would prefer to see as Lord Ram. The actor has always believed in doing unconventional and challenging roles, so this one is going to be a mighty challenge for the actor who we are sure will bring about the required intensity, devotion for the role of Lord Rama.

Bollywood has had a unique association with mythological characters. Though there were yesteryear movies who explored the genre, but in recent times, the industry has not come up with any movie on the same. Even though there have been certain animated movies, but real ones are hardly something we come by.
