Aishwarya was once Bollywood's A-listed actress but she quite movies after Aradhya was born. It was only when Abhishek insisted that Aish signed Jazba as her comeback in Bollywood. Aishwarya has been taking career advise from her husband since the two got married.

Both the love birds were so excited about getting married that after 3 months after their engagement they got married to each other on 20th April, 2007. The wedding costed Mr. Bachchan a whooping ₹2 crore (as per sources say). Everybody from Bollywood celebrites, politicians and businessmen had arrived as guests.

They exchanged rings in a private ceremony at the Bachchan residence in 2007. The news was not out but both of them were spotted with each other alot. They became a little more open about their relationship.

It was after the launch of Guru and the duo were spending some time in New York when Abhishek Bachchan decided to propose his lady love. He did it with all his emotions attached. He proposed Aishwarya Rai with the same ring which they had used during the shoot of Guru. It was a huge risk that he didn't buy a designer diamond ring for her. But Aishwarya didn't mind it. Her heart melted right away when this Bachchan lad had proposed her.

Since then both the love birds started doing many movies with each other. They lived the life of lovers in Umrao Jaan, but the audience couldn't see the spark between the two. Then came Guru which changed the way how audience looked at Abhishek Bachchan. In this movie Abhishek's acting skills were enhanced. Maybe it was Aishwarya's presence. Again in Dhoom 2, they acted together but this time Hrithik was the one to date her on screen.

Abhishek Bachchan is daddy's boy. He even has named himself as juniorbachchan on twitter on the footsteps of his father Amitabh Bachchan (SrBachchan). He is so kind at heart that during the shoot of Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna he actually cried, when he told Rani Mukherji that his father's character in the movie was no more. The thing went so real that even Karan Johar started crying. Then one of his friends took him for a ride, it was there when Abhishek had confessed that he was madly in love with Aishwarya.

Abhishek Bachchan met Aishwarya Rai on the sets of 'Dhaai Akshar Prem Ke' and later on in 'Kuch Naa Kaho'. Both the movie were released in 2000 and didn't do good at the Box-office. The only good that happened was with Abhishek's heart which had started beating for Aishwarya Rai. There were gossips all over the B-town about Abhishek's interests. Back then Aishwarya was dating Salman Khan. They were going through a rough patch. Later she was seen dating Vivek Oberoi. But that too didn't last much.
