Salman Khan has been a good samaritan, a guardian angel to many aspiring actors. He has been instrumental in shaping the careers of many newbies in the industry. Be it launching them or doing cameos in their movies, Salman wears his heart on his sleeve as he goes about helping newcomers kickstart their filmy careers. Now, as he is all set to launch brother-in-law Aayush Sharma and do a cameo in his debut movie, let's check out all those movies where he did cameos or special songs just to help newbies.

Salman Khan in ‘Loveratri’

As Salman Khan has paved the way for a perfect launchpad for brother-in-law Aayush Sharma, he is all set to also essay a cameo in his movie 'Loveratri'. And we are sure the excitement levels are already sky-high.

Salman Khan in ‘Hero’

In 2015, Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty made their debut in Nikhil Advani's movie titled 'Hero'. Even though Salman didn't really have a proper cameo, he did a special promotional track called 'Main Hoon Hero Tera' for the newbies and it became an instant hit even helping the film gain some more publicity.

Salman Khan in ‘Fugly’

In 2014, Salman Khan played himself in the multi-starrer flick 'Fugly' which featured debutantes like Kiara Advani and boxing champion Vijender Singh amongst others. Even though the movie didn't do well at the box office, Salman Khan's cameo did attract eyeballs and helped the makers to some extent.

SLB introduced Ranbir Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor in the movie 'Saawariya' which had an extended cameo by Salman Khan. Indeed, it did help the movie gain more mileage. Sadly, 'Saawariya' didn't live up to expectations of the audience and tanked.

Salman Khan in ‘Isi Life Mein’

The movie 'Isi Life Mein' starred Akshay Oberoi and Sandeepa Dhar in the lead roles. Salman Khan did a cameo in the movie out of sheer respect for filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya who helmed the flick. While, the movie didn't taste success, the debutantes were more than happy with Salman's special gesture.
