It was in 2001 that SRK contacted the owner of the house and bought it from Bai Khorshed Bhanu Sanjana Trust. It is a 6-storey high, a sea-facing house which is located at Bandstand in Bandra and was designed by Gauri, along with architect-designer Kaif Faquih, which features multiple bedrooms, living areas, a gym, a library, and a personal auditorium. It is one of the most expensive homes in the world and now is worth ₹200 crores.

Shilpa Shetty

Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra’s sea-facing house, Kinara located in Juhu, Mumbai is a regal residence. Their house reflects their lavish lifestyle. It stands out for its gold accents, majestic chandeliers and high ceilings. It is reported that Shilpa hand-picked things from all over the world in an attempt to give her home a modern yet classic appeal.  The house is made keeping Vastu and Feng Shui in mind and is worth Rs 100 crores, approx.

John Abraham

John Abraham resides in his spectacular house, ‘Villa In The Sky’ in Bandra, a posh location of Mumbai. The house was designed by Abraham John Architects along with Anca Florescu and Anahita Shivdasani who are part of the team. The 4,000-square-foot penthouse is located on the 7th and 8th floors of a residential complex. John’s residence offers gorgeous views of the sea, as well as a spacious wooden deck with a skylight and a garden terrace and the best part is that the Arabian sea is visible from every room. The house price is around the amount of Rs. 60 crores.

Amitabh Bachchan’s two-storey bungalow in Mumbai’s Juhu neighbourhood is easily one of the most iconic Bollywood homes out there, named Jalsa. The bungalow is 10,125 square foot Jalsa, which means ‘celebration’, is a two-storey bungalow situated near Juhu’s JW Marriott. One of the most expensive and opulent celebrity homes in Bollywood, Jalsa is roughly valued between Rs 100 crore and Rs 120 crores.

Akshay, along with his wife Twinkle Khanna and kids, resides in a sea-facing duplex in Juhu, Mumbai. Even his house has a view of the Arabian sea and costs around Rs 80 crores. The house has been designed by his wife, Twinkle Khanna.
