Actor Shamita Shetty who was one of the finalists in the Bigg Boss OTT house is all set to enter the Salman Khan house, Bigg Boss 15. We already have seen the real side of Shamita inside the house during her six weeks stay in the Karan Johar house. While some fans called her strong and knows her way in the game, there are some who termed her bossy and dominating. Fighting with all her might, Shilpa Shetty’s sister Shamita turned out to be the second runner-up in the show and with that, she even secured a place in BB15. 

As the premiere date of the show is inching closer, we thought of sharing some facts that you need to know about this sensation before the show starts on October 2. Take a look at it below:

Shamita Shetty’s big Bollywood debut: The actor set her foot in the glamour and glitz world by featuring in a multi starrer film, Mohabbatein opposite superstars like Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. The film was bankrolled by YRF and was termed Blockbuster.

Shamita Shetty’s first award: Mohabbatein got her the IIFA Award for Star Debut of the Year – Female. Unfortunately, her career didn’t exactly take off in Bollywood. However, she went on feature in popular dance numbers like Sharara Sharara from Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai and Chori Pe Chori from Saathiya.

Shamita Shetty’s Bigg Boss journey: Not many know, but this is the second time Shamita is entering the house, technically the third time. She was a part of Bigg Boss 3; however, she left the house after 6 weeks to reportedly attend her sister Shilpa Shetty’s wedding to Raj Kundra. She then graced Bigg Boss OTT and is now set to enter the Bigg Boss 15 house.

Shamita Shetty’s relationship status: Shamita never opened up about her personal relationships but she was reportedly linked to actors like Harman Baweja, Uday Chopra and Aftab Shivdasani. Now, the actor is in a relationship with Raqesh Bapat who she met in Bigg Boss OTT house.
