Shehnaaz Gill: Shehnaaz Gill is one of the most popular stars in the industry. During lockdown, Shehnaaz underwent drastic body transformation. Last year, Shehnaaz spilled the beans on her weight loss. She told ETimes, “Trust me, I went in for a simple reduction in my eating habits. You can say that I cut off on my non-vegetarian food, chocolates and ice cream and nothing else. But besides that, let me explain how I ate because therein lies the catch. Every day, I ate just one or two things. I wouldn’t stuff too much variety in my daily consumption of food. For example, if I ate dal and moong for lunch, I would eat the same for dinner. And I reduced the portions. If I was hungry for two rotis, I ate only one. Mann maarke khati thi. And it started working. I was 67kg around the time lockdown began in March, I am 55 kg now.”

Anita Hassanandani: Anita Hassanandani’s ‘zero diet’ transformation left everyone shocked. Anita recently revealed how yoga helped her lose weight. She shared a video along with the caption, “All you got to be is consistent. Getting there… Still a lonnnnnnnggggg way to go. Mind you with zero diet! I eat everything. Bharti Singh: Bharti Singh’s weight loss journey is inspirational. While talking to the paps, Bharti once revealed the secret behind her weight loss and said, “Maine kuch nahi kia. Maine koi yoga aur koi gym nahi gayi, maine bas apne khaane pe control kia aur time se khaya hai. Woh aaj kal chali na intermittent fasting woh ki hai maine. Saath baje ke baad mein kuch nahi khaati aur next day baara baje khaati hu. Mein wahi khati hu (I didn’t do anything. I didn’t go to the gym or did yoga. I just controlled my diet. I followed intermittent fasting. I don’t eat anything after 7PM and the next day I eat after 12 noon).” Earlier this year, Bharti welcomed her first child, son Laksh. She works hard to maintain her body.

Avika Gor: Avika Gor opened up about her weight loss journey in an Instagram post. In 2020, Avika revealed how she lost 13 kg. A part of her caption read, “Nothing changed overnight. I just started to focus on the right things… things that I should be proud of (like dancing). I kept trying to eat better & working out, and I had various setbacks. But, it was important that I didn’t stop. And my people were constantly there to guide me. Long story short, I looked at myself in the mirror this morning & I didn’t feel the need to look away, I smiled at myself and told myself I’m beautiful.
