Sonam Kapoor, Chitrangda Singh, Sonakshi Sinha: Bollywood stars who slammed airlines for ‘inappropriate behaviour’

Bollywood actors travel a lot either for shooting or some other work commitments. Due to this, the actors often take the flight to visit the desired location. But sometimes this journey doesn’t go smooth as one would really think about. Just recently, actor Chitrangda Singh took to her Instagram account and slammed an airline for inappropriate behaviour. She mentioned that the air hostesses had the ‘Most high handed and arrogant attitude’.

As she called out their inappropriate behaviour, we thought that there are many stars who had an uncomfortable ride and faced difficulties with the airlines. Apart from Chitrangda Singh, stars like Dulquer Salmaan, Sonakshi Sinha, Sonam Kapoor, Ameesha Patel have faced problems with the airlines and slammed them.

1. Chitrangda Singh:

Taking to her Instagram stories, the Bob Biswas actor shared a video of the air hostess from inside the airplane and wrote, “Flight 391 Goair to Delhi from Mumbai @g8.goair is the rudest the worst air hostesses ever!!! #rikusingh #jamie & #christopher #meenal all of them Please teach them some manners. Most high handed and arrogant attitude I have ever seen! Very disappointed with all of them. It reminded me of my worst experiences at #airindia. (sic).” However now, she has mentioned that she didn’t experience it but a person next to her faced problems with the airline.

2. Dulquer Salmaan:

Dulquer was so disgusted with the airlines that he couldn’t help but share his experience on his Twitter handle. He wrote, “Disgusted by @jetairways ground staff attitudes. Multiple airports I’ve experienced just bad attitude at check in counters and gates. Is it important for your passengers to travel with a bad taste or being insulted? Talking down to passengers or any human being is plain wrong! And to those wondering, No I wasn’t late for my flights nor did I seek special privileges or assistance or cut any queues. I’m neither bratty nor starry. Today I observed this behaviour to a fellow passenger. And previously to my family travelling with an infant @jetairways” Later on, the airlines even apologised to him for the same.

3. Sonakshi Sinha:

The Dabangg actor speaks her mind when it comes to slamming the trolls or even also even calling out the airlines for their unfitting behaviour. Earlier, Sona shared a video of her suitcase, showing how the handle of which was broken. “So I was travelling with IndiGo today. I went with a perfectly fine bag and I came with a bag with handle number 1 completely broken, handle number 2 completely broken and wheel completely off. So thank you guys at IndiGo. And Samsonite, very sorry to say even you couldn’t survive IndiGo,” she is heard saying in one of the videos on Instagram. This quickly earned a response from the airline and apologised for the damage. “Sonakshi, thanks for connecting with our team. We are really sorry about the bag and have taken it up with our handling team. We wish you all the best for your future projects and hope to see you soon,” they wrote.

5. Sonam Kapoor:

Just like Sonakshi, Sonam Kapoor also experienced the same but with a different airline. Sonam shared on her Twitter handle, “This is the third time ive traveled @British_Airways this month and the second time they’ve lost my bags. I think I’ve learnt my lesson. I’m never flying @British_Airways again.” Later, she even got an apology from the airlines. When they asked her to provide a tracking reference, Sonam replied, “Yes all that is done. But it is a massive inconvenience. You guys need to step up. It’s terrible service and terrible mismanagement.”

5. Ameesha Patel:

While going to shoot Bhaiyaji Superhit, Ameesha faced some hurdles from an airline that she called the shittiest one. She wrote on Twitter, “Air India is the shittiest airline on earth.. Staff is unhelpful. Air India.. Constant delays .. Suddenly a business class flight becomes all economy last minute.. Staff doesn’t want to help.”
