Things you may not know about Aamir Khan’s brother Faisal Khan

Clarification

Last year, Faisal cleared the air on being called a 'mental' and stated that he was normal as any other human being and it is not possible for a mental person to act in movies. It was also reported Aamir Khan was responsible for Faisal's condition. Aamir made a much publicised courtroom appearance with his body-guards when he was fighting the case against his father while seeking Faisal’s custody. While Aamir Khan said in his custody application that Faisal is suffering from Schizophrenia induced fear-psychosis, his father on the contrary, claimed that Faisal is okay and just suffering from depression. Aamir finally lost the custody of Faisal to his father, and it was just after this, Aamir’s family and extended family members issued a strong statement against Tahir rubbishing all the claims made by him against his son.

Schizophrenia?

Faisal was framed and was not suffering from schizophrenia as reported.

No friends in the industry?

Faisal Khan doesn't consider anyone close from the industry and believes that nobody can bail him out when in a problem.

Mental problem?

He was diagnosed with a mental disorder. His brother Aamir and his father were in a custody battle over Faisal that garnered much press coverage. Faisal’s custody was awarded to his father Tahir in 2007 as he did not wish to go with his brother (Aamir).
