Tiger 3

Starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif in key roles, Tiger 3 is the third instalment of the action franchise. The first film Ek Tha Tiger was released in 2012. It also featured Katrina Kaif. And, the second instalment, Tiger Zinda Hai, the sequel was released in 2017.

Singham 3

Directed by Rohit Shetty, Singham was released in 2011. It featured Ajay Devgn. Singham Returns, the second instalment was released in 2014. On January 1, 2023, Ajay Devgn made a post and mentioned that he finished reading the script of Singham 3 with Rohit Shetty and is amped up about shooting the movie.

Oh My God 2-OMG 2!

The first instalment of Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal movie, Oh My God received a massive response. It was a hit. The makers have announced the second part of the movie. And, Oh My God 2 – OMG 2 is releasing in 2o23. The film features Akshay Kumar and Pankaj Tripathi.

Dream Girl 2

Ayushmann Khurrana won hearts with his performance in the 2019 film Dream Girl. The second instalment of the movie, Dream Girl 2 is releasing in 2023. And, Ayushmann will be seen sharing screen space with Ananya Panday in the movie.

Hera Pheri 3

The first instalment, Hera Pheri starring Paresh Rawal, Akshay Kumar and Suniel Shetty was released in 2000. Then, in 2006, Phir Hera Pheri waas released. Both the movies were loved by the masses. And, in 2022, rumours of Hera Pheri 3 had sparked. Akshay Kumar had revealed he will not be a part of the third instalment.

Krrish 4

Krrish, featuring Hrithik Roshan in the lead, is a superhero movie franchise. The first movie, Koi…Mil Gaya released in 2003. Followed by that, Krrish 2 was released in 2006 and Krrish 3 was out in 2013. Krrish 4 is scheduled to release in 2023.

Ishq Vishk Rebound

Shahid Kapoor made his acting debut with the 2003 film Ishq Vishk co-starring Amrita Rao, Shenaz Treasurywala and Vishal Malhotra. The second instalment titled Ishq Vishk Rebound was announced recently. And, it features Pashmina Roshan, Rohit Saraf, Naila Grewal and Jibraan Khaan.

Golmaal 5

Golmaal, Rohit Shetty’s comedy movie series has four instalments so far. The first one, Golmaal: Fun Unlimited was released in 2006. Later, Golmaal Returns was released in 2008, followed by Golmaal 3 in 2010 and Golmaal Again in 2017. All the four instalments featured, Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor in key roles. And, with the release of the 2022 movie Cirkus, Rohit Shetty dropped hints about Golmaal 5.

Aashiqui 3

Aashiqui 3, directed by Anurag Basu, starring Kartik Aaryan in a key role was announced in 2022. The film marks the third instalment of the romantic drama. The second instalment released in 2013 and featured Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor. In 1990, the film instalment, directed by Mahesh Bhatt, featuring Pooja Bhatt and Rahul Roy was released.

Gadar 2

Gadar: Ek Prem Katha starring Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel was a blockbuster when it released theatrically in 2001. 22 years later, the makers of the movie announced the sequel. The movie will see Sunny and Ameesha reuniting. Gadar 2 is expected for a theatrical release, in 2023.

Fukrey 3

The third instalment of the comedy franchise, Fukrey is in the making. And, fans can’t keep calm. It features Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma, Manjot Singh and Richa Chadha, sans Ali Fazal. Fazal was a part of the first two instalments. However, he won’t be a part of the third one. Fukrey 3 is expected to release in 2023.
