Uh-oh! These Bollywood celebs were served notices by BMC for illegal construction

Abhijeet Bhattacharya is surely one of the most controversial celebs. The singer has a restaurant in suburban Mumbai named Ticca Tikka, and he has been alleged for illegal construction of sheds in his restaurant. The restaurant is in the same society where the singer stays. Society secretary Suman Arya states that after the sheds are demolished, they re-build it.

Like Kapil Sharma, Irrfan Khan too had done an illegal construction at his residence in Goregaon.

The famous comedian has been into the illegal construction controversy twice, once at his residence in Goregaon, and second time at Versova. In the latter one, he was booked for destroying mangroves, and constructing illegal storeys. Apparently, to avoid the controversy, he had claimed that a BMC official had asked for a bribe of Rs 5 lakh for the construction.

Shah Rukh Khan

The ramp built outside Shah Rukh Khan's bungalow, Mannat was apparently illegal. BMC had sent a notice to the actor, and later they demolished it. SRK had to pay Rs 1.93 lakh as fine.

Arjun Kapoor

Arjun Kapoor has been sent a notice by BMC for building an extended terrace gym in his apartment. Municipal commissioner Parag Masurkar, has stated that they have asked Arjun to allow them to enter his house and demolish the area.
