Samantha Ruth Prabhu is in the best phase of her career at the moment. The actress has a handful of projects in her kitty. And, she has been busy with her professional commitments. From O Baby to Shakuntalam, Samantha’s career has seen a spike in the best way possible. The actress made her acting debut with the Gautham Vasudev Menon’s critically acclaimed 2010 movie Ye Maaya Chesave. She then went on to work in many successful movies and bagged several awards too.

However, in her long career, there have been movies that Samantha was offered, but she rejected the role. From Vikram’s I to Ninnu Kori, there are several movies that Samantha has rejected.

Kadal

The movie was directed by Mani Ratnam and featured Gautham Karthik, Aravind Swamy and Arjun in key roles. Kadal revolved around the life of a fisherman. And, reportedly, Samantha had rejected the movie.

Yevadu

Yevadu featured Allu Arjun and Ram Charan in key roles. The movie turned out to be a hit. However, Samantha had rejected the movie due to her busy schedule.

I 

The movie starring Vikram and Amy Jackson was much loved and appreciated by the audience but boomed at the box office. Reportedly, Samantha had rejected the Shankar directorial.

Ninnu Kori

This love story featured Nani and Nivetha Thomas in key roles. Reportedly, the Majili actress had rejected to play a role in the movie Ninnu Kori.

U-Turn

Samantha was a part of the movie. However, she reportedly rejected to do the Hindi remake version due to unknown reasons.

On the work front, the actress announced her project titled Yashoda some time ago. On Tuesday, April 5, she announced the release date of Yashoda. Samantha even has Shakuntalam, and a movie with Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi. She has a web series with Varun Dhawan for Amazon Prime Video as well.
