This actor to play Sunil Dutt’s role in Sanjay Dutt’s biopic

Amidst the reports of Sanjay Dutt making fun of Ranbir Kapoor by telling him that he is not macho, here’s a development on the former’s biopic in which the latter will be playing the lead role. There have been reports that the makers were finding it tough to find an actor who can portray Sanjay’s father, Sunil Dutt in the biopic.

It was said that the makers of the film had approached Aamir Khan, Jackie Shroff, etc to portray the role. However, now according a leading magazine, the very talented Akshaye Khanna has been roped in to play Sunil Dutt’s role in the film. But, we are still waiting for an official announcement about it.

We had last seen Akshaye in Rohit Dhawan’s ‘Dishoom’ in which he played a negative role.

It was also reported that Sonam Kapoor has been roped in to play a pivotal role in the film.
