Debutant Sobhita Dhulipala signs Shekhar Kapur’s ‘Paani’?

Actress Sobhita Dhulipala, who made an impressive debut in Bollywood with Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer ‘Raman Raghav 2.0’, has apparently been roped in for another project.

This time after having worked with ace director, Anurag Kashyap, it is believed that Sobhita now has been roped in for Shekhar Kapurs next. The question that arises here is that will Sobhita be a part of the much talked about ‘Paani’. Shekhar was impressed with Sobhita’s performance in her debut film. Shekhar has been wanting to revive ‘Paani’ and now we hear that he has a new team backing him.

Sobhita and Shekhar met a couple of times prior to her debut release through Anurag and they had a couple of meetings which lead to the association of working together. Sobhita in all probability will start shooting this coming December and the actor is still being finalised.

A source reveals, “Sobhita and Shekhar recently met up and are finalising the details of working together.” When contacted Sobhita remains unavailable for comment.
