Deepika Padukone refuses Aanand L Rai’s next with Shah Rukh Khan?

Aanand L Rai’s yet untitled film has been making news on a row; especially because of its cast. If reports are to be believed, then Shah Rukh Khan will essay a dwarf character on screen, for the first time of course!

However, makers are tight-lipped about who’s going to be the leading lady. But gossip mongers suggested, they approached Deepika Padukone to team with Shah Rukh, only to be turned down though.

As per a report in Mumbai Mirror, the leggy lass loved Rai’s script. But, she has already locked her dates for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmavati’, and schedule of this one was clashing with the latter. (Also Read: Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone are still connected. Here’s how)

“While Deepika was quite keen on doing the film, unfortunately her dates were clashing with those allotted to Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmavati’. Since she has already committed her dates to SLB’s historical, she has had to say no to Aanand L Rai,” the publication quoted a source saying.
