Did Upen Patel just accuse ex-girlfriend Karishma Tanna of using him and lying to him?

Upen Patel and Karishma Tanna met on the sets of television reality show ‘Bigg Boss 8’ and bonded immediately. The two developed a liking towards each other and soon started dating each other. Their relationship went strong even after the show ended. However, things turned sour, and just few months back, the news of their split rocked the internet.

Karishma was also asked about her split with Upen in an event, where she revealed, “Sometimes there is no answer to what went wrong. Sometimes two wonderful people or good souls are not meant be together. That’s what happened to us. He (Upen) is a wonderful soul. We connected very strongly, but things didn’t move the way we wanted it to. It’s not that I don’t want to settle down or I am jumping from one relationship to another. While Karishma seemed to be quite chill about the whole breakup, Upen, it seems, is quite heartbroken. He shared a series of tweets that express his hurt, and these tweets and pictures even imply that Karishma lied to him and used him. Though he has not used any direct allegations here, the implications cannot be ignored.
