Katrina Kaif to play a baddie in ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ opposite Salman Khan?

Ever since the news of ex-lovers Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif pairing up again for Ali Abbas Zafar’s forthcoming flick ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ has been out, everybody has got super excited. Now, an entertainment web portal has revealed that Katrina Kaif will play a baddie in the movie.

A source close to the portal quoted, “While in ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, Katrina was just seen as a lovely prop, in the action-drama Tiger Zinda Hai you will get to see the actress doing a lot of action for the first time. Katrina has never done hard-core, high-octane action before in any of her films, like hand-to-hand-combat or flying into the air, so she will have to undergo training for it.”

Director Ali Abbas Zafar who is excited to bring back the ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ duo after 4 years shared his excitement. He said, “I am writing spontaneously, going with my instinct. I chose to do the film because of the pressure of it. Directing Katrina (Kaif) and Salman (Khan) in an installment of a successful franchise is not easy. But, I am focusing on telling a more relevant story for today’s political climate. The characters are from the first part, but the story will be brand new.”

Although, the director has not stated anything about Kat’s character in the movie, reports suggest that she will indeed play a negative role in the film. Now, we are super excited to see Kat take on the role of a baddie.
