Salman Khan has signed a film with director Rajkumar Santoshi. And now we have heard that this movie is eyeing for a Christmas 2017 release. The movie is a remake of the South Korean film, ‘Ode To My Father’ and will be produced by Salman’s brother-in-law, Atul Agnihotri.
Eid is usually considered lucky for Salman and Christmas for Aamir Khan. But since the dates for Xmas haven’t been blocked as yet, the makers are keen to cash in on the Yuletide season.
In a leading daily, the superstar had revealed, “It’s not just about Eid, any festive date is good for everyone. It is holiday time, and people want to go and watch films. I heard the script of a film a few days back, and it is clearly a Christmas film. Now, we will see what to do.”
Salman Khan’s ‘Sultan’ will be releasing during Eid this year and also stars Anushka Sharma in a lead role.
