After Allu Arjun, Naga Chaitanya fined for violating traffic rules: Report

Actor Naga Chaitanya has been reportedly fined by Hyderabad Traffic Police for violating traffic rules. As per a report in India Today, he was stopped by Jubilee Hills police and was fined for using black tinted shields on his car. He was issued a challan of Rs 700 for violating the traffic rules and the police officials also removed the tinted shields from Chay’s Toyota Vellfire. The Love Story actor paid the fine and left the place. The actor has been shooting for his upcoming film in Hyderabad. .

Hyderabad Traffic Police has been very strict about the usage of black tinted shields in cars. Naga Chaitanya is not the first actor to be pulled up. Earlier, celebrities like Jr NTR, Allu Arjun, Manchu Manoj, Trivikram Srinivas and Nandamuri Kalyan Ram among others had also been fined for not following traffic rules. For the unversed, the Supreme Court has passed an order against the use of tinted glass and sun films so that the crimes that take place inside a vehicle get reduced.

On the work front, Chaitanya was last seen in Bangarraju, with his father, Nagarjuna Akkineni. He will be seen in Vikram Kumar’s Thank You with Sai Pallavi. He also has an untitled film with Venkat Prabhu and a film with director Nandini Reddy in his kitty. Chay is also making his Bollywood debut with Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha that also has Kareena Kapoor Khan. It is slated to hit the theatres on August 11.
