Allu Arjun to start shooting for Pushpa 2 from September, Details inside

Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna starrer Pushpa: The Rule has been making headlines ever since it was announced. The actors won hearts with their terrific performances and chemistry in Pushpa: The Rise. Now, fans are beyond excited to Allu Arjun and Rashmika on-screen again in Pushpa 2. According to the latest report, Allu Arjun will begin shooting for Pushpa 2 from September. Pushpa’s director Sukumar is working hard on the script of the sequel.

Pinkvilla quoted a source saying, “Sukumar planned Pushpa 2 puja ceremony last minute without Bunny and Rashmika because there was no auspicious date later for the next three months. And Bunny was in New York.” The report added that Allu Arjun is back and spending time with his family before ‘he kickstarts shooting in the third week of September.’ Rashmika will join the team of Pushpa: The Rule later.

The source also revealed, “Sukumar is working on the final draft of the script, and alongside, he is also working on the film’s music. The music sittings of the film are already done, but he is working on them again with other team members.”

Pushpa: The Rise was a huge hit at the box office. Allu Arjun, Rashmika and others were showered with praises. During an event, Allu Arjun had thanked fans for all their love. As quoted by ETimes, he had said, “I would like to thank the audience from all over the country. Everybody has been receiving this film fantastically well. I would like to thank each and everybody for showering so much on the Telugu cinema, on Pushpa and coming back to the theatres. I am so happy that the Indian cinema is shining again.”
