Atlee pens a heartfelt birthday note for his wife Priya with a cute picture

Director Atlee’s wife Priya has turned a year older. On the special occasion, the Bigil director has penned a sweet note to wish his wife alongside a cute picture with Priya. In the pic, both Atlee and Priya can be seen holding each other and they are seen flashing a bright smile. In the note, the director called his wife an angel and the best gift of his life.

Atlee sharing the pic on Instagram, Atlee wrote, “You are the bestest gift of my life.. God sent angel who is a wife and a daughter to me.. I always cherish this greatest blessing.. My biggest strength and pillar of support.. You are my everything now and always @priyaatlee Love you Beckyyyy Happiest Birthday to you.”

Atlee and Priya got married in 2014. Before marriage, they dated for 8 years.

On the professional front, the director is currently working on Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara’s untitled film. Nayanthara plays an investigating officer while Shah Rukh Khan will be seen in a double role. There were reports that Nayanthara has quit the film due to SRK’s son Aryan Khan’s drugs case but it was not true.

As per a report in Bollywood Hungama, “Nayanthara is still very much a part of the film. She has not quit. Nobody knows why the media wrote stories like that and tried to hit an already stressed human being. It was done in a bad taste.”
