KGF 2 star Yash reveals he was scared about Sanjay Dutt’s health for THIS reason

Actor Yash is gearing up for the release of the much-awaited movie KGF: Chapter 2. Yash will also co-star with Sanjay Dutt in the movie. The South star recently revealed that he was worried about Dutt’s health given how committed he was to the film.

Team KGF 2 had hosted the trailer launch recently which was presented by filmmaker Karan Johar. Yash was heard saying that director Prashanth Neel deserves all the credit for the success of KGF. He also heaped praise for co-star Sanjay Dutt and said that he emerged as a fighter.

Speaking at the trailer launch, Yash said, “Sanju sir is a true fighter. I witnessed it first-hand. He has seen life. The way he committed himself to the project with all that he went through with his health, I was scared for him. He has taken the project to another level. I will always be a fan.”

Further talking about the director, the actor said, “I am very attached to my industry. I should receive the least credit for my film. Honestly, I am happy we have done something with chapter 1. KGF happened because of Prasanth Neel. Lot of people give me credit, but it is bullshit. It is Prasanth Neel’s film. He deserves all the credit. He can even make first timers act as thorough professionals. And he loves his heroes and actors.”

Talking about Sanjay’s role in KGF 2, he will be playing the antagonist in the film. The movie sure has set a huge benchmark for itself. KGF: Chapter 1 was released in 2018 and earned ₹250 crores at the box office.

KGF: Chapter 2 will release on April 14 in Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam.
