Love Story Pre Release Event: Aamir Khan shares why he attended his co-star Naga Chaitanya’s film’s do

Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi starrer Love Story is gearing up for a release. And before the d-day, the makers recently organized a pre-release event. The do was attended by who’s who of the South industry including Chiranjeevi and was also graced by none other than Aamir Khan.

As many know that Aamir is a very low-key person and he hardly attends any events or award shows, so his presence was a pleasant surprise. If you are wondering why he attended the do then fret not as Aamir, who is sharing screen space with Naga Chaitanya in Laal Singh Chaddha, revealed about the same.

During the event, Aamir said, “I wanted to convey something to his parents and then I decided to come directly and say it to his family. Chay is not just a good actor but also a gem of a person. Four days back, I watched the trailer of Love Story. As soon as I watched it, I fell in love with it. I came to know that the team is planning an event today. I immediately asked Chaitanya if I could be a part of the event.” He also appreciated how Naga’s parents have raised him so well. He also wished everyone luck. The actor also said that he will try and get special permission for the screening of Naga’s movie in Mumbai.

For the unversed, Naga Chaitanya is marking his Bollywood debut with Laal Singh Chaddha and the movie is all set to release on December 25. Meanwhile, Love Story is directed by Sekhar Kammula and is slated to release in theatres on September 24. The movie’s release was postponed several times due to the ongoing pandemic. The movie was supposed to release on September 10, however, it was pushed again by the makers. And now, it is finally releasing on the 24th.
