Ram Pothineni suffers neck injury; #RAPO19 shoot halted

Tollywood actor Ram Pothineni has injured his neck and the shooting of his upcoming movie that is tentatively titled #RAPO19 has come to a halt. On Monday, he took to social media to share a selfie with a neck brace and stated that he has taken a break. The reason behind his injury is not known yet.

Sharing the picture, Ram wrote, “Take a break…or take The Break! #RAPO19 on (pause) (sic)”.

Celebs and fans wished him a speedy recovery on social media.

Earlier this year, Ram revealed he had waited for RAPO19 for a long time. “I’ve waited a long time for this! RAPO19 – a Telugu-Tamil Bi-lingual with one of my fav @dirlingusamy sir. Looking forward to working with the passionate Srinivasaa Chitturi garu”, he had tweeted.

Ram will be seen in a new look in this action entertainer. The movie will release in both Tamil and Telugu. RAPO19 is produced by Srinivasaa Chitturi under the banner of Srinivasaa Silver Screen and is directed by N Lingusamy. Ram is making his debut in Tamil with this film. Devi Sri Prasad will compose the music for the film. Uppena actress Krithi Shetty will be seen as the female lead in the bilingual film.
