Samantha Ruth Prabhu dedicates her personalised gift from Rahul Ravindran to the fighters amid myositis battle 

Actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu was diagnosed with myositis sometime back and fans were taken aback to know about her condition. In fact, during the promotions of her previous release, Yashoda, Samantha was not seen often promoting the movie rigorously due to her health condition. As she is in her recovery stage, Sam received a heartwarming personalised gift from the director Rahul Ravindran. She took to her Instagram on Sunday and dropped a photo of the note which is a photo frame in yellow and blue and read, “Sammy, woman of steel.”

The note given by Rahul further read, “The tunnel is dark and there’s no end in sight. It was promised, but there’s no sign of the light. Your feet are heavy but you drag them with all your might. You soldier on while dousing your doubts and the fright. You’re made of steel and this conquest is your birthright. You keep walking and soon the sun will shine bright. You will not be denied and these delays are alright. Because quitters don’t, only fighters like you win the fight… Because what doesn’t defeat you, makes you stronger than ever… And stronger forever.”

Sharing the post with her fans, Samantha captioned it, “@rahulr_23 Thank you (hug emoji). To those of you fighting hard battles, this one’s for you as well. Keep fighting… we’ll be stronger than ever… and stronger forever soon.”
