Suriya 42 motion poster: Siruthai Siva reveals the fierce warrior look of Suriya

South superstar Suriya won the national award for Soorarai Pottru and also came up with a stunning performance as Rolex in Vikram. He is now collaborating with director Siva for his next project which has been titled Suriya 42. The Actor-filmmaker on Friday took to social media and unveiled the motion poster of his upcoming movie. The special effects heavy promo reveals the fierce warrior look of Suriya.

“We seek all your good wishes as we begin our adventure!,” Suriya tweeted while sharing the motion poster.

The promo begins with an eagle flying across a battlefield, to a warrior, who is standing on top of a cliff and watching the battle that’s raging below him. The actor is seen in a warrior avatar with eagle on his shoulder.The video hints at a periodic action film with some amazing background music and war visuals. The movie will be shot in the 3D format and it will release in as many as 10 languages.

Suriya 42 went on floors a few months back with a grand launch and pooja ceremony attended by cast and crew. The yet-to-be-titled film will be shot in and around locations of Goa and Chennai. The first schedule was held in Chennai and now the second phase of the shoot will begin on September 13 in Goa.

The Suriya-starrer is billed as “The Prestigious Mega Project”. Reportedly it will feature Disha Patani as the female lead. Yogi Babu, Redin Kingsley, Kovai Sarala, and Anand Rah will be seen in supporting roles.

This project marks Siva’s maiden collaboration with Suriya. KE Gnanavel Raja is presenting the film while UV Creations are producing it. Vamsi Krishna and Pramod are the producers.
