#Suriya40: First look to be out on THIS date; makers announce the news with an intriguing video

Suriya 40 is the most-awaited movie of Suriya. The first look poster of the movie will be out on July 22 at 6 pm, a day prior to the actor’s birthday i.e on July 23. The makers today made the announcement with an intriguing video. Making the announcement, Sun Pictures wrote on Twitter, “#Suriya40FirstLook on July 22 @ 6 PM! #Suriya40 #Suriya40FLon22nd.”

In the 14-second video, we see a silhouette of Suriya’s character holding a long chain. The background music is also very intriguing and it has doubled the excitement among the fans of the superstar. #Suriya40, #Suriya40FLon22nd and #Suriya40FirstLook have started trending on social media.

Directed by Pandiraj, Suriya 40 is backed by Kalanithi Maran under Sun Pictures. Apart from Suriya, the movie also stars Priyanka Arul Mohan, Sathyaraj, Saranya Ponvannan, Cibi and Jaya Prakash in key roles. The film’s music is composed by D Imman, while cinematographer Rathnavelu is the director of photography. It went on floors in February this year. Suriya 40 is said to be a total package of romance, action, and emotions.

Apart from Suriya 40, Suriya will also be seen in Netflix’s Tamil anthology web series Navarasa created by Mani Ratnam. The teaser of the web series released on July 9. Navarasa also stars Vijay Sethupathi, Aditi Balan Siddharth Parvathy Thiruvothu, Prakash Raj, and Revathi among others. It will release on Netflix on August 6.

Suriya will also star in Vaadi Vaasal. On Friday (July 16), the makers of Vaadi Vaasal dropped the title-look poster. Directed by Vetri Maaran, the film is backed by Kalaipuli S Thanu’s V Creations. Suriya also has Gnanavel’s film that is tentatively titled #Suriya39.
