Vikram: Amitabh Bachchan roped in to play a cameo in Kamal Haasan starrer?

Lokesh Kanagaraj’s action thriller Vikram has been hitting headlines since its inception. The Kamal Haasan starrer’s much-anticipated film also features Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil in pivotal roles. Now the makers seem to have another treat in store for the fans. Rumours abound that megastar Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan will share the screen for the Kanagaraj directorial.

As per the latest buzz in Kollywood, Amitabh Bachchan also plays an important cameo role in the Kamal Haasan film. Big B will be making an entry in the climax of the movie, reports a source to Pinkvilla.

Though there has been no confirmation of the same from the makers or the superstar. But if the rumours do come true then it will a great addition to the movie that already has three super talented actors sharing screen space.

The shoot of Kamal Haasan starrer Vikram has been wrapped up after 110 days of intense shoot and it is in the post-production stage. Reportedly, Kamal Haasan had opted out as the host of Bigg Boss Ultimate to fulfil his shooting commitments to the film.

Earlier this month, by sharing a behind-the-scenes video of Vikram, Kamal Haasan announced the release date of his upcoming action-drama.

Vikram is slated to release on June 3, this year.

On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan will also be seen in Prabhas and Deepika Padukone starrer Nag Ashwin’s Project K. He also has Brahmastra in his kitty with Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. Big B also has a remake of the Hollywood flick The Intern costarring Deepika Padukone.
