Woman tries to set herself on fire in front of Thala Ajith’s house; Blames him for losing job: Watch

Thala Ajith, who is one of the popular actors down South is hitting headlines today as he courted a fresh controversy. A recently a woman tried to commit suicide by setting herself on fire in front of Thala Ajith’s house. She claimed that she lost her job because of him. As per reports, the woman who tried to commit suicide is a nurse and her name is Farzana. Apparently, she was dismissed for clicking videos of Ajith and Shalini during their visit to a private hospital last year.

Some reports also suggested that Farzana tried to reach out to Ajith and his wife Shalini for help to get back her job. However, they refused to do it since she also had some other problems with the hospital management. During the police interrogation, Farzana apparently claimed that she lost her job due to an email she sent to Ajith Kumar as she wanted to meet him in person.

In the viral video, one can see some female police officers pouring water on the woman to stop the lady from setting herself on fire. The police immediately reached the actor’s house and arrested the woman and stopped the unfortunate event. She was later taken to the police station and an investigation is underway. Meanwhile, the actor’s fans are tweeting with hashtag #Thala on Twitter to show support towards him.

On Ajith’s work front, Ajith is gearing up for his next Valimai. The makers had announced that the film will release in Pongal 2022. Valimai marks the second collaboration of producer Boney Kapoor, director H Vinoth and Ajith after Nerkonda Paarvai. The latest flick has Yuvan Shankar Raja’s music, Nirav Shah’s cinematography, and Gokul Chandran’s editing.

The movie also features Huma Qureshi, Yogi Babu, Achyuth Kumar, Sumithra, Kartikeya Gummakonda, and others in the supporting roles. On the personal front, Ajith is currently on a bike trip and was recently seen in Agra in Uttar Pradesh.
