Fans of BTS want their favourite band to collaborate with other popular bands or singers. BTS has collaborated with some of the known musicians and singers like Ed Sheeran, and Nicki Minaj to name a few. There were reports that the K-Pop brand will feature in Coldplay’s new song. The reports surfaced after BTS released a cover of Coldplay’s Fix You.
Well, as of now BTS and Coldplay are probably not collaborating as Big Hit Music, the music company that manages BTS, released a statement rubbishing the rumours. The statement read: “It’s difficult to confirm the related content”.
The earlier reports stated that Coldplay’s upcoming project My Universe will feature BTS and it is in the process. Then, later a lyrics website, MatchLyric released the lyrics of the alleged song and it credited Coldplay and BTS, claiming that it is from their collaboration. But it was not confirmed by both BTS and Coldplay.
BTS’ latest releases are Butter and Permission To Dance and they are currently basking in the success of both songs. Permission To Dance is BTS’ second collaboration with Ed Sheeran, who composed the song. Earlier, they had collaborated on Map Of My Soul.
