Billie Eilish and her boyfriend Matthew Tyler Vorce have called it quits after more than a year of dating. The parting comes amid rumours that Matthew cheated on the Grammy-winning artist. In a series of Instagram Stories Matthew, confirmed that he and the singer split, and also acknowledged the ongoing cheating rumours. Matthew Tyler in his Insta story called out Eilish’s fans who supposedly flooded him with messages over their breakup.

Matthew Tyler took to Instagram and confirmed the break-up, “The fact that thousands of people take time out of their day to write the most heinous things on someone they will never know posts is the most cowardly thing you can possibly do,” the actor wrote over a poster of A24’s movie Men. “Live your own life.

He also addressed the cheating rumours, writing, “Nobody cheated on anyone. Relationships end. Simple as that. Creating rumours and LYING on the internet is dangerous.

Eilish and Vorce first sparked dating rumours in April 2021 after being spotted together in Santa Barbara, California. Rumours abounded as the lovebirds were seen enjoying romantic dates. Billie’s fans speculated that Matthew was the ‘secret boyfriend’ she mentioned in her 2021 Apple TV+ documentary Billie Eilish: The World’s a Little Blurry. But the duo never confirmed and managed to keep the relationship a secret.

Matthew Tyler, has appeared in the TV movie Mother, May I Sleep With Danger? and was also in a short film called The Curse of Frank Sinatra.

As per Page Six, the Happier Than Ever singer hasn’t commented publicly on the split yet, and her reps didn’t return requests for comment about the breakup.
