BLACKPINK member Lisa has tested COVID-19 positive. The international performer’s talent agency revealed the news with a statement. Lisa’s talent agency YG Entertainment said on Wednesday that Lisa was “diagnosed with COVID-19 this afternoon,” November 24.
The agency further added that the other members of Blackpink- Jenny, Rose and Jisoo were not considered as close contacts to her. But they have immediately received PCR tests after Lisa tested COVID positive. They are currently awaiting the results of their tests.
The agency further added they have taken precautionary steps after confirming Lisa’s condition. They stated that they are strictly adhering to government guidelines and also reiterated their commitment to ensuring the health and safety of stars and crew.

YG Entertainment said, “We first shared this information quickly and accurately with representatives and staff, and we took strong preemptive measures even beyond the guidelines of health authorities. We will continue to not hold back on providing full support with the health of our artists and related staff members as the top priority. If there are any changes in the future, we will once again notify you quickly.”
