Bridgerton stars Charithra Chandran and Nicola Coughlan can’t stop gushing over Shah Rukh Khan

Bridgerton is back with its season 2 and Lady Whistledonw has the ton going crazy with the drama. Bridgerton season 2 was making headlines for featuring a Bollywood song from the movie Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham in the series and we all love loved it, didn’t we! But looks like the Bridgerton stars have been gushing over Bollywood movies scenes and an actor in particular. Actors Charithra Chandran and Nicola Coughlan who are seen as Edwina Sharma and Penelope Featherington in the series were seen in awe of Shah Rukh Khan in a latest video.

In the video, Charithra and Nicola were reacting to Bollywood movie scenes, the former said, “There’s one thing that matches the romance and yearning in Bridgerton and that’s Bollywood.” The duo began by watching Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor’s kiss scene in Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani.

Later, they were shown Katrina Kaif’s scene from Zindagi Milegi Na Dobara, Charithra said, “I love that it’s the woman making the romantic gesture on the bike. She looks so glam on a bike, if that was me even filming, it’d be like…yeah.” The Bridgerton stars were then shown a rain scene from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai where Kajol gets drenched and Shah Rukh Khan can’t take his eyes off of her. Another scene was from the movie Main Hoon Na where Sushmita Sen very elegantly sweeps her saree from SRK’s face. Nicola was heard saying, “Ohhh.” She again said, “Oh, I mean, come on.”

Concluding the video, Charithra was heard saying, “We all deserve a Shah Rukh Khan in our lives,” Nicola added, “I will never be over these. Major.”
