BTS bags four nominations for People’s Choice Awards 2021

The nominations for the 2021 People’s Choice Awards have been revealed. The world’s biggest K-pop band in the world BTS has bagged four nominations for three awards this year. BTS is one of the most successful bands in the world and they have a huge army of fans all over the globe. For the People’s Choice Awards BTS has been nominated for The Group Of 2021, they are also nominated for The Song Of 2021 with their smashing summer hit Butter.

BTS has also been nominated for The Music Vidoe of the Year 2021 for the song My Universe which was a collaboration with the British Band. Not just that, BTS also bagged one more slot in the same category for their song Butter. For the unversed, BTS had won all three of the People’s Choice Awards last year.

Meanwhile, apart from BTS, another K-pop band TXT aka Tomorrow x Together has also been nominated for The New Artist of 2021. TXT will be competing against 24kGoldn, Bella Poarch, Giveon, Olivia Rodrigo, Rauw Alejandro, Tate McRae, and The Kid LAROI.

Besides BTS and TXT, the hit Netflix series Squid Game also bagged a nomination for the Bingeworthy Show of 2021. Squid Game will be up against Cobra Kai, Loki, Mare of Easttown, Outer Banks, Sex/Life, Ted Lasso, and The White Lotus in the category.

The People’s Choice Awards 2021 will air live on December 7 at 9 p.m. ET, and voting is open on their official website. The voting is only open till November 17.
