Chris Pratt recently displayed his real-life superhero qualities with a chivalrous act at The Electric State press conference in Madrid. While seated alongside directors Anthony and Joe Russo, his co-star Millie Bobby Brown almost encountered a wardrobe mishap. In a now-viral clip, Brown, 21, who was dressed in a denim mini-skirt, denim jacket, and knee-high boots, was seen whispering something to Pratt, 45. In response, he swiftly stood up, positioning himself in front of her to shield her from the audience’s view.

With Pratt’s arm as support, the Stranger Things actress carefully got to her feet and exited the stage. Keeping the atmosphere lighthearted, Pratt playfully clapped for Brown and even added a small dance move, charming fans with his quick-witted and gentlemanly gesture.

According to Women’s Wear Daily (WWD), Millie Bobby Brown’s ensemble was a stylish denim suit from Dolce & Gabbana’s Spring 2021 collection. She paired it with knee-high boots from Asos and accessorised with a matching Miu Miu handbag. To complete her look, she opted for large earrings and styled her hair into two buns. For makeup, she chose a radiant look that enhanced her natural beauty.
About the film The Electric State
Discussing The Electric State with Netflix’s Tudum, director Anthony Russo said, “The story felt like a fairy tale to us. We really wanted to play into those very elemental aspects of a fairy tale.” Joe Russo added, “We grew up on a steady diet of science-fiction and fantasy. And so our brains are always [there]. Our creative ethos is always attracted to these big, fantastical ideas that can present really interesting themes but also be highly entertaining at the same time.”
As per the official synopsis, the film “tells the story of Michelle (Brown), a young woman with a sweet but mysterious robot. The pair reluctantly team up with eccentric drifter Keats (Pratt) and set out on a cross-country road trip to find Michelle’s younger brother. Along the way, they must navigate an electrified, retro-futuristic US landscape.”
In addition to Chris Pratt and Millie Bobby Brown, The Electric State boasts an impressive cast, including Ke Huy Quan, Jason Alexander, Woody Norman, Giancarlo Esposito, and Stanley Tucci. The highly anticipated film is set to premiere on Netflix on 14 March.
