Courteney Cox turns into Monica Geller as she wishes Matthew Perry on his birthday

Friends star Courteney Cox took to Instagram to wish her on-screen partner Matthew Perry on his 52nd birthday. Courteney shared an Instagram story with their photo and wrote, “Happy birthday to one of the funniest people ‘I KNOW’.” Matthew and Courteney played Chandler and Monica on the famed television series. Speaking about what happened to their characters on the show, the viewers saw the beloved couple, Monica Geller and Chandler Bing, ending up together and adopting a baby girl by the finale episode of the series.

The duo, along with four other main cast members of the show recently got back on the much-hyped Friends reunion. They were joined by David Schwimmer, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc and Jennifer Aniston. Since Friends, Courteney has popularly appeared in Cougar Town for six seasons and will soon be seen in TV shows Shining Vale and Last Chance U. Perry appeared in a cameo on Cougar Town. He has also appeared in Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, Mr Sunshine and The Odd Couple.

‘Friends’ originally aired for 10 seasons on NBC from 1994 to 2004. The sitcom followed the story of six friends in their 20s and 30s who live in Manhattan, New York City.

Among other cast members who made an appearance were Maggie Wheeler (Janice), Tom Selleck (Richard), and James Michael Tyler (Gunther), besides a host of celebrities such as Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, Cindy Crawford, and Cara Delevingne who made cameos appearances.
