Full House fame Bob Saget passes away at 65; John Stamos, Candace Cameron Bure & others pay tribute

Bob Saget best known for the role of Danny Tanner in the American television sitcom ‘Full House’ has passed away on January 9, 2022. He was 65 and was found dead at the hotel room Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes in Orange County, Florida on Sunday afternoon following his stand-up performance in Jacksonville, Florida. The cause of the death is yet to be known.

The Orange County Sheriff’s office tweeted from its verified account and wrote: “Earlier today, deputies were called to the Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes for a call about an unresponsive man in a hotel room. The man was identified as Robert Saget & pronounced deceased on scene. Detectives found no signs of foul play or drug use in this case. #BobSaget”

Soon after, many of Saget’s celebrity colleagues begun paying tribute to the late actor on social media.

He is survived by his wife Kelly Rizzo and three children.
