Harry Styles to join the MCU as Thanos’ brother Eros?

Harry Styles is always seen as the heart-melting, charming English singer who has a huge army of female fan following. Apart from singing, Harry has also ventured into acting with movies like Dunkirk and Don’t Worry Darling. Harry is now all set to dawn a superhero avatar as well. If the reports are anything to go by then, the actor will be seen entering the Marvel Cinematic Universe as the brother of Thanos, Eros.

No Harry will not be seen as a ginormous purple guy because contrary to the power-hungry Thanos, Eros is carefree and womanising. The news of Harry Styles being part of the MCU has come ahead of the release of Eternals. It was at the Eternals premiere, according to Variety, that it was revealed about Harry being Eros.

All the other details about the project have been kept under wraps but the fans can’t control their excitement. Marvel has described Eros as, “an Eternal who loves life, adventure and romance, earning the nickname Knave of Hearts.” As per the original comics, Eros is the youngest son of Eternals A’Lars and Sui-San. His biography reads, “Eros is born with the ability to stimulate pleasure in others. This power has no effect on his mutant older brother, Thanos, who was born with Deviant Syndrome, physically repulsive to his fellows.”

Meanwhile, talking about the Eternals, the movie stars Angelina Jolie, Kumail Nanjiani, Gemma Chan, Richard Madden, and Kit Harington, among others. , directed by Oscar-winner Chloé Zhao, will be released in theatres in November.
