It was in September 2003 that Ellen DeGeneres started her own chat show named The Ellen DeGeneres Show with Friends star Jennifer Aniston as her first guest. And now that the show is slated to end with its 19th season, life seems to have come full circle for Ellen DeGeneres as Jennifer Aniston will be her last guest as well. The final episode will be airing on May 26 and the guestlist for the same has been recently confirmed.
In May 2021, Ellen had announced that she will be bidding farewell to her beloved chat show after 19 glorious years. It happened after Ellen and the show were involved in allegations of a toxic workplace environment on the sets. The talk show host had even addressed those allegations and apologised on the show as well.
There will be several A-listers who will be making an appearance on the show before it ends, including Oprah Winfrey, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Mila Kunis, Kate McKinnon, Justin Timberlake, Keith urban, Zac Efron, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, Luke Bryan, Kerry Washington, Brad Paisley and Bruno Mars.
