Talking about Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s divorce, a source close to the duo told Daily Mail, “They finalized the divorce papers with her a month ago, but are waiting for the right time to drop them.”

They added, “At that time, they will release a joint statement that will say how they have much love for each other and how they fought to make it work, but couldn’t.”

Another insider told the publication, “Honestly, in the end they could not come to a compromise. What they had before is gone and they have both accepted it.“

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez’s love story is nothing short of a fairytale. The star crossed lovers – who had broken up in 2004 , rekindled their romance in April 2021. They then got engaged in April 2022 and married in July 2022. However, the duo have been living separately since several months.

In early May, the ‘Batman’ actor removed his stuff from their shared $60 million Beverly Hills that is not on the market. He has since been residing at a rented house in Brentwood. Ben was MIA from JLo’s recent Bridgerton themed birthday celebration.
