Jennifer Lopez breaks silence on rumours of being ‘pissed’ at Ben Affleck over comments about Jennifer Garner

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are some of the most talked-about couples in the industry. The fans could not keep calm as Benniffer were spotted once again hopelessly in love after 17 long years. But recently the rumours mill was abuzz with the word that Jennifer Lopez was ‘pissed’ at Ben Affleck for his comments about ex-wife Jennifer Garner.

But the Marry Me actress has shut down all reports saying that it is not true at all. Jennifer told People Magazine, “This story is simply not true. It is not how I feel. I couldn’t have more respect for Ben as a father, a co-parent, and a person.” She also added that Ben had her full support.

Earlier Ben had appeared on the Howard Stern Show, where she discussed his past and how he struggled with alcoholism. Talking about his marriage to Jennifer Garner, Ben had said, “part of why I started drinking … because I was trapped.” Ben received a lot of backlash for his comments after the episode aired. But Affleck corrected his words on the Jimmy Kimmel show and clarified that he was taken out of context and that he “would never want my kids to think I would ever say a bad word about their mom.”

Ben and Garner got married in 2005. The couple eventually called off their marriage in 2018 and got divorced. Ben and Jennifer have three kids together, Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel.
