Lindsay Lohan announces ENGAGEMENT to beau Bader Shammas

Actress Lindsey Lohan announces engagement to longtime beau Bader Shammas. The Mean Girl actress shared the news in an Instagram post on Sunday morning (28 November). Sharing four photographs of herself with Shammas she also gave fans a look at her stunning engagement ring.

Lohan captioned the post: “My love. My life. My family. My future. #love”, accompanied with an emoji of a diamond ring.

Shammas is the assistant vice president of the global investments bank Credit Suisse. Bader reportedly lives in Dubai where Lohan has lived for the past seven years, since 2014. The 35-year-old had referred to Shammas as her “boyfriend” in an Instagram post last year, however, she later deleted it. The pair have been dating for two years prior to their engagement.

On the work front, Lohan will next star in the upcoming Netflix Christmas flick which is still untitled. The film is scheduled to release during the holiday season next year. It also features Chord Overstreet of Glee fame. Lohan plays the role of a newly engaged, spoiled hotel heiress who falls in love with a blue-collar boy.

In recent years, she has been a part of the Rupert Grint-starrer Sick Note and the reality show Lindsay Lohan’s Beach Club. Lohan had also shared that she has signed a deal with Studio 71 for a podcast. She was last seen in 2013’s The Canyons which was directed by Paul Schrader and written by Bret Easton Ellis. Though the Canyons received negative reviews Lindsay Lohan’s performance was mostly praised.
