The Oscar fever has begun to rise as the 94th Academy Awards is to take place on 27 March 2022. Ahead of the ceremony, the nominations for the Oscars 2022 are out and Benedict Cumberbatch starrer The Power Of Dog is on the lead with 12 nods. Following closely is Zendaya and Timothee Chalamet starrer Dune with 10 nominations. Belfast and West Side Story have seven each. It is quite the stellar crowd with the Oscars nominations this year.
Olivia Colman, Benedict Cumberbatch and Andrew Garfield are at the forefront with the British acting nominees in the leading categories. Leslie Jordan and Tracee Ellis Ross had hosted the announcement which was streamed on Oscar.com and Oscars.org.
