Robert Pattinson was paid THIS amount for The Batman? It is surprisingly low

With the changes in the entertainment industry after the pandemic and the rise in streaming services, the effect on the artists and others has been major. As per a new report, Twilight fame actor Robert Pattinson is said to have raked in $3 million for his role as Bruce Wayne/Batman in Matt Reeves’ The Batman.

According to a report by Variety, Pattinson has come just under Chris Pine, who is currently earning $11.5 million for Dungeons and Dragons and Keanu Reeves, who is raking in between $12-14 million for his role as Neo in The Matrix 4.

Robert will be the seventh actor to play Batman which includes actors like Ben Affleck, Chris Bale and others. This will be Pattinson’s first franchise role since 2008 when he was seen as the cold yet dashing vampire Edward Cullen opposite Kristen Stewart as Bella Swan in Twilight. Robert and Kristen both and made $2 million during the first instalment of Twilight which eventually grew to $12.5 million each by the end of the films.

Earlier, talking about being part of The Batman, Robert had said in a statement, “I’m thrilled to be working with them to discover the most exciting new voices in film and television and help bring their visions to life. I’ve loved working with the studio over the years and have so much respect for their dedication, their willingness to take chances and their desire to push the envelope creatively.”
