Snow White trailer out! Rachel Zegler, Gal Gadot shine in the stunning musical live-action

Get ready to witness the classic tale of Snow White come to life in the cinematic spectacle of Disney’s Snow White, makers unveil the trailer. It will be released theatrically on March 21st, 2025. From the producer and executive producer of “Wicked,” Marc Platt and Jared LeBoff, and director Marc Webb (“The Amazing Spider-Man”) comes Snow White. It is a live-action musical reimagining of the studio’s classic 1937 film.

The magical music adventure journeys back to the timeless story with Rachel Zegler (“West Side Story”) in the title role and Gal Gadot (“Wonder Woman”) as her Stepmother, the Evil Queen. The new trailer of Snow White showcases the scale and beauty of the lavish production design, the beloved characters Bashful, Doc, Dopey, Grumpy, Happy, Sleepy, and Sneezy, and a first look at the power ballad Waiting on a Wish, one of the all-new original songs from EGOT winners Benj Pasek and Justin Paul (“The Greatest Showman”).

About Snow White

Snow White is an upcoming American musical fantasy film. It is directed by Marc Webb from a screenplay by Greta Gerwig and Erin Cressida Wilson. The film will be produced by Walt Disney Pictures and Marc Platt Productions. It is a live-action reimagining of Walt Disney Productions’ 1937 animated film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. The film is based on the 1812 fairy tale “Snow White” by the Brothers Grimm. The film stars Rachel Zegler, Andrew Burnap, and Gal Gadot.

Plans for a remake of 1937’s Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs were confirmed in October 2016. Wilson was announced as a screenwriter. Webb entered talks to direct the film in May 2019 and was announced as director in September 2019. Filming took place primarily in London, England from March to July 2022, with additional filming and pick-ups in June 2024.

Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures will release Snow White in theatres in the United States on March 21, 2025.
