Stray Kids’ Felix gets into a car accident with a bus; to skip today’s fan meeting- Deets inside

Felix, a member of the South Korean group Stray Kids, has sustained an injury in a car accident. He will be unable to participate in the group’s scheduled fan meeting, SKZ 5’CLOCK, on Sunday. His agency, JYP Entertainment, announced on Sunday, stating that Felix requires adequate rest and proper treatment.

The accident occurred on Saturday night while Felix was returning from a fan meeting. JYP Entertainment’s statement provided further details, explaining that the incident involved a minor collision. The post read, “While returning home from his schedule on February 15th (Sat), Stray Kids member Felix was involved in a minor car accident. After the fan meeting, Felix was in a vehicle (Carnival), that was slowly making its way from the Inspire Arena parking lot towards the main lobby, when a shuttle bus, that was moving slowly behind, collided with the left rear side of the vehicle.”

The agency clarified that the impact caused Felix to collide with an armrest inside the vehicle, resulting in a fracture. Felix was promptly taken to a hospital for a thorough examination, where medical professionals recommended rest and treatment.

JYP Entertainment Response

JYP Entertainment confirmed that Felix is currently resting and focusing on his recovery. The agency expressed regret for his inability to attend the fan meeting and apologized for the sudden news. However, they assured fans that the artist’s health and recovery are the top priority. Furthermore, they pledged to reinforce safety measures to ensure safer travel for their artists.
