Vin Diesel, best known for his role as Dominic Toretto in the Fast and Furious film series, is embroiled in controversy. His former assistant Asta Jonasson filed a lawsuit against him on Thursday accusing him of sexually assaulting her during the filming of Fast Five in 2010. According to a claim by Jonasson, the actor forced himself on her while she was working as his assistant. Hours after the alleged assault, she was fired from the job.

According to reports, a lawsuit has been filed by Asta Jonasson in a Los Angeles court. As per claims made by Asta, Vin forcefully groped her breasts and kissed her after spending a night with multiple women in his hotel room. The lawsuit also accused Diesel of forcing Asta to grab his erect penis, and when she shouted for him to stop, the actor pinned her against the wall and masturbated. He let go of her when he was done and left the suite. The lawsuit said Jonasson remained silent for years “afraid to speak out against one of the world’s highest-grossing actors, afraid she would be ostracized from the industry.”

According to reports in Variety, Bryan Freedman, Diesel’s attorney, issued a statement Thursday afternoon denying the allegations. “Let me be very clear: Vin Diesel categorically denies this claim in its entirety,” Freedman said. “This is the first he has ever heard about this more than 13-year-old claim made by a purportedly 9-day employee. There is clear evidence which completely refutes these outlandish allegations.”
