Theatre veteran Janak Toprani is all set to make his big screen directorial debut with a film titled ‘Call For Fun’. The movie stars newcomers, and recently the director stated that he is delighted to introduce nine actors in the film.
Janak stated, “I am delighted to introduce nine actors with this film who come from varied backgrounds and share a similar passion for acting. They are all very talented and really surprised me with their confidence. The vibe on the sets was amazing as these young kids brought a leash of new energy with them.”
Few days ago, while talking to us about his directorial debut, Janak had stated, “The 70mm screen always fascinated me and has deeply influenced my choices. Foraying into Bollywood is a natural progression and I am glad that it’s happening with ‘Call For Fun’ as our film depicts the clash of generations. I would say it has a universal subject and every age group will relate to the content.”
The film stars Zaan Khan, Shubhangi Mehrotra and Charu Asopa in the lead roles. It will be hitting the screens on October 6, 2017. (Also Read: Janak Toprani talks about his Bollywood directorial debut, ‘Call For Fun’)
