Shahid Kapoor: Saif Ali Khan and my issues are only in newspapers

Ever since the news of Shahid Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan sharing screen space in Vishal Bhardwaj’s ‘Rangoon’ came out, reports have been making rounds suggesting some kind of awkwardness between the two actors, considering their past.

Shahid dated Kareena Kapoor for a few years, before they broke up and Kareena found love in Saif Ali Khan, eventually tying a knot with the nawab. Not just this, it was also said that Shahid and Kangana had a few creative differences on the sets of the film and shared cold vibes. However, rubbishing all the rumours, Shahid in an interview revealed how all is between the three. When recently asked about the starcast of ‘Rangoon’ and his rapport with Kangana and Saif, he says “Kangana Ranaut is a very good actor and it was interesting working with her and Saif, you know people think that we have a lot of issues, but actually there are no issues. When we met we realised that there are no issues and saare issues paper mein hi hai. He is a very important and integral part of ‘Rangoon’.” (sic)

The movie which is set against the backdrop of World War II, is all set to release on the 24th of February, 2017. The three actors have been busy promoting the film on various platforms.
