Sonam Kapoor or Ileana D’Cruz – Who wore the halter neck dress better?

Being a Bollywood celebrity is quite a painful task; as one needs to be on the toes all the time and also decked up for any public appearances. While Bollywood stars are known for their impeccable style statements, they have often fallen into the fashion faux pas trap of wearing something similar that another celebrity has already worn. Well, this situation can really be awkward for the celebrities, but it definitely gives us an opportunity to praise who wore the outfit better. Ileana D’cruzRecently, while promoting her upcoming flick ‘Mubarakan’, Ileana D’cruz was seen wearing a lacy black cold shoulder midi dress which she teamed with a pair of Tresmode heels on the sets of a television reality show. A hint of minimal makeup, low back ponytail, nude lips and those oversized hoop earrings rounded her look out.

Sonam KapoorThe above look of Ileana was a replica of a look Sonam Kapoor wore a while back, but the only difference was the colour. It was when the team of ‘Mirzya’ launched the music of their film. Sonam Kapoor was spotted at the event to support her brother Harshvardhan for his Bollywood debut.

For the evening, the fashionista picked a rather delicate piece. Showing off her toned shoulders in a halter neck white Zimmermann gown, Sonam looked gorgeous. She styled her outfit with a gold clutch, gold hoop earrings, smokey eyes and soft curls.

Who’s the winner, Sonam or Ileana?
Clearly, it’s Sonam Kapoor who looked much better than Ileana in that halter-neck dress. The reason behind it is, Sonam styled her look with some contrast accessories (golden clutch etc), while Ileana’s dress and makeup was an epic fail and did nothing to accentuate her striking features. We wonder why Ileana is slacking in her promotional style files?
